Starter Order Form
Version 1.0, effective on the date this version is first posted on tailorloom.com
This Order Form records the Founding Starter subscription that a Customer purchases through the TailorLoom checkout. It is presented with the TailorLoom Terms of Service at the time of the paid upgrade.
1. Order details

| Price reminder | TailorLoom will email Customer at least 7 days before the first $99 charge. |
| Billing | Monthly in advance, charged to the payment card on file through TailorLoom's payment processor |
| Term and renewal | Month to month. The subscription renews automatically each month until Customer cancels. This Order Form creates no 12-month commitment. |
| Locations | One location |
| Taxes | Not included in the price. TailorLoom adds sales, use, and similar taxes where the law requires TailorLoom to collect them. |
| Cancellation | Anytime, online through the Services or by emailing support@tailorloom.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and paid access continues until then. |
| Refunds | Fees already paid are non-refundable, and partial billing periods are not prorated, except that TailorLoom will correct billing errors and provide any refund that applicable law requires. |
| Failed payments | TailorLoom will notify Customer by email and give Customer an opportunity to update its payment method before moving the workspace to the Free plan. |
| Returning customers | If Customer cancels and later returns, the price available at the time of return applies. |
| Data after cancellation | At the end of the current billing period, the workspace moves to the free Membership Health Check plan (the "Free plan"), and Customer Data stays in place until Customer deletes it. After cancellation, a workspace administrator may delete the entire workspace through the Services, or Customer may email support@tailorloom.com and TailorLoom will complete a verified deletion request within 30 days. |
2. Governing terms and order of precedence
This Order Form is governed by the TailorLoom Terms of Service, Version 1.0 (the "Terms"). Capitalized terms not defined in this Order Form have the meanings given in the Terms. If this Order Form expressly conflicts with the Terms, this Order Form controls only as to that conflict and only for this order. The Privacy Policy describes TailorLoom's data practices and does not add contractual obligations.
3. Acceptance
Customer accepts this Order Form and the Terms by checking an unchecked box at checkout that states: "I agree to the Terms of Service and the Starter Order Form, acknowledge the Privacy Policy, and authorize TailorLoom to charge my card $79 per month for 12 months of continuous paid service and then $99 per month until I cancel." The person who checks the box represents that he or she has authority to bind Customer.
TailorLoom will keep a record of the user, the account, the versions of the Terms, this Order Form, and the Privacy Policy presented, and the date and time of acceptance.
